Jay Heroux is a long-time resident of Warrenton Ward 5; having moved here in 1994. He and his wife Jill raised their three sons and dog named Willie here in Warrenton. He currently is a member of the PATH Foundation Community Advisory Committee; Board Member for Ethnos College located in Warrenton and a volunteer for the Fauquier Free Clinic. For many years he was a hockey coach and President of the Fauquier County Roller Hockey League located at the Warrenton Athletic Complex. Jay is a Community Deacon at Warrenton Baptist Church. He is one of the founders of the Warrenton Baptist Church Rooted Motel Ministry as well as an active member of the Wood Ministry. Jay is also a volunteer Chaplain at Fauquier Hospital.
Jay is currently a Vice President at Definitive Logic Corp where he is responsible for developing and executing clients’ digital transformation technology projects. Prior to this role, he helped build Digital Mobilizations Inc, a Fauquier County technology services firm that was acquired in 2022 by Definitive Logic. He spent close to 20 great years working for Electronic Data Systems which was acquired by Hewlett Packard Corp. During his time there, he worked on several groundbreaking technology modernization programs. He has applied his technology knowledge to industries including healthcare, defense, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. Jay has a BA in Public Administration from Stonehill College in North Easton MA.
