Planning Commission Regular Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers located at 21 Main Street. When there is a Public Hearing, the Planning Commission meets immediately prior for a pre-agenda review. Note: ZMA/SUP 21-01 Harris Teeter & CPA/ZMA/SUP 22-01 Waterloo Junction are postponed and will not be reviewed by the Planning Commission this month.
