    Your monthly water and sewer bill consists of a base charge that is calculated based on your meter size, plus a commodity charge, if applicable.

  3. Delinquent Account Policy

    Per our Delinquent Account Policy, if your account is past due, you are at risk of having your water service disconnected.

  4. High Water Bills / Leak Adjustments

    If your water usage has been going up, you may unknowingly have a leak in your plumbing system that is not obvious, such as an underground leak or a toilet leak.

  5. Making Payments

    We have a number of options for paying your monthly utility bill.

Water Leaks

If you are experiencing low or no water pressure or if you see water bubbling up in the street or at your meter box, please call the Town Office at (540) 347-2678 during business hours or (540) 347-1100 after hours and advise the operator of the problem.
